Frank Pepe’s Reward Program
The Frank Pepe’s Reward Program is designed to reward guests for their purchases. The program is free for anyone to join. Members earn points on eligible* purchases. When a guest earns 325 points at any Frank Pepe’s Pizzeria, a $25 reward will automatically be added to their account.
How do I Join Frank Pepe’s Reward Program?
The best way to join the Frank Pepe’s Reward Program:
- Using your PC, mobile phone or tablet; Visit www.pepespizza.com, click on Pepes Rewards, then Sign Up.
What Do I Receive for Joining?
You will receive a $5 Reward which can be used on your next visit to Pepes. This reward is valid for 14 Days.
Do I get anything on my birthday?
On the Monday of your birthday week you will receive a $15 credit on your Pepes Rewards account. This reward is valid for 30 days.
If you joined Pepes Rewards during your birthday week, the $15 credit will be applied to your account on the following Monday.
How Do I Earn Points?
You can immediately earn points on eligible* purchases by presenting your Frank Pepe’s Reward Card or registered phone number at the time of purchase.
How do I get a Pepe’s Rewards Card?
In your welcoming email you received was a card number. Take that card number to any Frank Pepe’s and ask a team member for a card. But remember you don’t need a card to participate. Just give you server the phone number you registered with and you can earn points and redeem awards.
What happens If I Don’t Have My Card?
If you do not have your card or member number, any Frank Pepe’s Pizzeria can access your account with a valid phone number to apply a purchase a Reward Program or redeem a reward.
Are There Exceptions on How to Earn Points?
- Points will not be issued or credited when points are redeemed. For example, if your bill is $55 and you redeem $25 in rewards, you will only earn 30 points for that visit.
- Tax and gratuity will not be counted towards points.
- You will not earn points from “Casino Payment Options” IE: Coupons or Casino Point Programs
- You will not earn points on the purchase of gift cards.
- You will not earn points on third party delivery orders. Such as Door Dash
Are Third Party Delivery Orders Eligible to Earn Points?
- No. You cannot earn points on third party delivery orders. Such as Door Dash
How Many Points do I Need to Receive Rewards?
For every 325 points, you will receive a $25 reward. Automatically loaded onto your account.
How Can I Redeem My Rewards?
Rewards can be used towards eligible purchases* on Dine-In or Take Out. Rewards cannot be used on gift card purchases.
Do I Have to Use My Reward Credits on My Next Visit?
No. You can choose to use your Rewards on any future visit as long as it is prior to it’s expiration.
Can Points or Rewards Be Transferred?
No. You cannot sell or transfer points or rewards to anyone. Additionally, you cannot load additional dollars onto your loyalty account.
Can Cards or Accounts Be Shared?
Yes. You can share your account with family or friends; however, rewards and points cannot be transferred to another Frank Pepe’s Rewards account.
Can Points Be Split on One Bill?
No. Only one Frank Pepe’s Rewards account can earn the points per check.
Do Points Expire?
Points do not expire.
Do Rewards Expire?
Each Reward will have an individual expiration date. For example, $25 rewards from earning 325 points will expire six months from issuance. Birthday Rewards will expire 30 days from issuance.
How Can I Check My Points and Rewards
- Points will be displayed on your check once the check is closed.
- Visit www.pepespizza.com, click on Pepes Rewards and Log-In to your Frank Pepe’s Rewards account. There you can review all your account info.
Where Can I Receive Rewards?
You can dine at any Frank Pepe Pizzeria and earn rewards on any dine in or take out purchase.
What do I do if my Card is Lost or Stolen?
If your Frank Pepe’s Rewards account card has been misplaced or stolen, you can ask for a replacement card at any Frank Pepe Pizzeria to have your account information transferred and a new member ID issued.
After I Register what will you do with my Information?
- We do not share your information. Frank Pepe Pizzeria will send you company information, special offers and promotions.
- We will contact you if the Frank Pepe’s Rewards account has any changes to the terms & conditions or updates on your account activity.
- Your phone number is necessary to look up your account. Please note, we will never share your information with a third party.
*Eligible purchases may change based on local and state laws. This include but not limited to the purchase of alcohol.
Terms and Conditions:
- We may discontinue Pepe’s Rewards at any time in our sole discretion with no liability to you. If we do so, we’ll publish a notice on our website and/or email you to let you know. If you do not use your Pepe’s Reward card or phone number to earn or redeem points for 12 consecutive months, or if we believe that you have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity or failed to comply with these terms and conditions, Frank Pepes Pizzeria Napoletana reserves the right to terminate your membership in Pepe’s Rewards
- Frank Pepes Pizzeria Napoletana reserves the right to change Pepe’s Rewards including but not limited to, the number of points earned on each purchase, redemption and terms and conditions. If there are changes to any part of Pepes Rewards, the update will be published to our website at https://www.pepespizzeria.com/rewards/. Your continued participation in Pepe’s Rewards will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
