They know what they are talking about, which is why they’ve made mention of Frank Pepe’s in three of their recent pizza articles!
In fact, they cited not only one, but two pizza experts for their article Anatomy of a Pie, including Frank Pepe’s very own Gary Bimonte. Here they discussed the basic elements of a pie, from the best ingredients to the best methods of cooking within an oven. In their article Pizza Paradox, they talked about the bewilderment that is – pizza! A quote from the article states, “never has a food brought us together with its sheer simplicity, only to divide us with its plethora of permutations.” Their right, the options are endless but the top 14 are given in a list on their third article, You Wanna Pizza Me? But if you asked us the best option, we’d tell you that it’s thin-crusted, coal-fired, and Frank Pepe’s!
