1. Do you ship pizza? No, We don’t deliver or ship our pizza.
    1. Quality – our guest have come to know and expect the quality and flavor of our pizza. We can not be sure that quality and favor will be maintained after shipping.
  2. Do you have gluten-free pizza? No, we don’t have gluten-free pizza. We make our own dough and bake our pizza in a single coal-fired oven. The health of our guests is critical. We can not guarantee against cross-contamination.
  3. Allergies – If you or anyone in your party has an allergy, please speak to the manager. 
  4. When is the best time to avoid the line?
    1. That is a very difficult question to answer Richard. It’s like the weather in New England. What did Mark Twain say? “If you don’t like the weather in New England now, just wait a few minutes.”
      When there is a line, it is generally not long.
      I know that doesn’t really answer your question, but we honestly don’t’ know
  5. Speaking of slicing, why do you guys slice pizza in somewhat weird shapes rather than a straight pie slice? Still the best pizza ever. Just curious about the reason it is sliced that way. Jeff Machie
    1. There are some stories around that. One is that for families, the variety of sizes worked to allow smaller pieces for the younger kids etc.
    2. Yes good one! Yogi Berra always ordered his cut in 4 slices. When asked why he said “because I could never eat 8 slices”
